PERSONAL BRAND STRATEGIST · FOUNDER, SOCIAL 17 MARKETING
The most meaningful chapters of my life were never part of the plan.
If you had told me years ago that I'd be living in Ottawa, running my own business, hosting gatherings for women, writing a journal, and helping women become more visible, I probably wouldn't have believed you.
Like many of the women I work with today, my path has been anything but linear.
It's not the post that grows your visibility. It's what happens after.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I grew up in Montreal and built a career in fashion marketing before moving to Ottawa for love. In the process, I left behind the life I knew — my family, my friends, my career, and much of the identity I had built around them.
What followed was one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
What felt like a breakdown eventually became a breakthrough — it forced me to start over from a very raw place, and to rebuild a life, a career, and a sense of who I was, almost from scratch.
In the years that followed, life kept asking me to start over in new ways — including the road to motherhood — a journey that taught me some of life's greatest gifts don't always arrive the way we expect them to. More recently I lost my mother, and grief changed me again.
When I look back now, I can see a thread connecting all of these chapters. I've always been drawn to stories, to connection, and to helping people recognize the value of what they already carry.
WHAT I BELIEVE
A few things I've come to know for sure.
One day, the stories will matter as much as the photographs.
A MOTHER’S LEGACY JOURNAL
Losing my mother reminded me how quickly time moves. It also reminded me how many stories never get written down.
Not the big milestones everyone remembers. The little things. The memories. The lessons. The moments that quietly shaped a life.
A Mother's Legacy Journal was created to help mothers, grandmothers, and women preserve those stories — while creating space to reflect on their own journey.
Personal Brand Strategist. Workshop facilitator. Author. Gathering host. Community builder.
At first glance, they may seem like very different things. To me, they all come from the same place.
And I've learned that helping others shine their light is exactly how my light shines.
Whether we're working together through strategy, meeting at a gathering, attending a workshop, or simply connecting online, my hope is always the same: that you leave feeling more confident in who you are, what you have to offer, and the next chapter you're stepping into.
Strategy is the work. It isn't the only work.
BEYOND STRATEGY
